About us
The Design and Consulting Center was founded in 2017 with the aim of offering its clients an efficient and complete service, as well as overall project management and expert support throughout the process.
Design and Consulting Center Banja Luka
The core business of our office is designing the facilities of building construction and civil engineering, including all the accompanying phases (architectural, structural, electrical, hydro, mechanical, civil engineering phase etc.). We approach each project with full creative engagement of our experienced team, and the primary goal of achieving mutual trust with our clients and both parties being satisfied with the final design.
Most often, these are residential buildings, but there are also commercial,
public, tourist and public infrastructure
facilities. Guided by the demands of our clients, and based on experience,
we provide project management in all its
phases, starting from the analyses and conceptual designs, through complete
preparation of project documentation, to the
phase of obtaining use permit.

Architecture
Architecture represents the art of building, planning, designing and completing most varied facilities with different functions: living, vacation, recreation, education, work and numerous other activities. Guided by the oldest preserved work speaking of architecture which says that a good building must have beauty, strength and uses, we are looking for the most optimal relationship between these basic elements.

Civil Engineering
One of the two departments of building technique includes construction of communications (roads, railways, bridges, tunnels) and hydraulic structures (water supply, sewerage, hydraulic regulations, land improvement). These structures are built mainly at ground level, although that is not a rule. Such construction is often referred to as civil engineering. Through project documentation, our employees provide evidence of the stability and load-bearing capacity of architectural projects.

Geodesy
Geodesy, as a science, deals with the measurement of the earth’s surface and representation of that same surface through the development of plans and maps. The Geodesy Sector is engaged in geodetic surveying of terrain, technical documentation drafting and geodetic engineering works for the purpose of:

- - Designing residential, commercial, industrial buildings and plants
- - Designing infrastructure facilities of all kinds (roads, canals, river regulation, transmission lines, underground installations, etc.)
- - Geodetic works required for keeping the real estate cadaster and line cadaster
- - Preparing geodetic marking projects and designing and developing all types of geodetic networks
- - Monitoring and marking on site in building all infrastructure facilities
- - Developing geodetic bases in engineering and technical fields

Electrical Engineering
As a branch of engineering, electrical engineering addresses the question of how to apply and make the most appropriate use of electricity, and in our case it relates to construction and architecture, and through many tests we decide about the optimal conditions for its use.
